Home office
With the rise of internet access for managing household bills and shopping as well as for study and pleasure, most homes now set aside an area dedicated to the computer, where relevant papers, printers and discs can be stored.
The 'white' areas created by the doors give the shelves and desk an unusual random appearance, with a balance of open and closed spaces. The shelves have also been designed to accommodate differing sizes of books and objects, and this also adds to the varied and interesting appearance of the unit.
Here a shelving unit with two covered areas is wall mounted above a desk, which also contains two deep cupboards. The areas shut off behind closed doors are ideal for storing loose papers and files or for items that are best kept dust free.
